Set-up, help food plating and prep, serving food and drinks, clean-up, organizing, buffet set-up & replenishment, food and trash removal, full kitchen clean up at end. Last minute store runs.

Chef | 55/hr


Decide on a menu with your personal chef with a complimentary 1 hour phone call. A sample session may be scheduled if desired.


Flair Bartender | 45/hr

Bartender/Server | 38/hr

Chef Assistant | 35-40/hr


Will assist the chef or client with heating and preparing food. Will do full kitchen clean up at the end. Will work with the servers to get food out if necessary.


Bartender/Server | 38/hr


Set-up, help food plating and prep, serve food and drinks, clean-up, organize, buffet set-up & replenishment, food and trash removal, full kitchen clean up at end. Last minute store runs. Full bar service.

Janitorial/Clean-Up | 28/hr


Clean-up crew. Before, during and after the event. Will not serve or prepare food.

Grill Cook | 35/hr


Will decide on a grill menu. A sample session may be scheduled if desired. Will remain at grill during the duration of the cooking. After all the grilling is done, they will do a full clean up similar to the servers.


Service Requirements

5 hour minimum required per staff member on the weekends.
4 Hour minimum for Corporate, large events and weekdays.

Deposit and Payments

A $45.00 deposit is required for each staff member at the time the event is booked.
The remaining balance must be paid the day before the event.

Priority Holidays: Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, Passover, Hanukah and New Year's Eve.

All Other Holidays

Server: 35/hr

Corporate Events

Cancellations

48/hr notice is required. Failure to cancel beforehand will result in a non-refundable deposit. However, we understand things change! Re-schedule within 60 calendar days, and your deposit will remain valid!
